Spray Foam Insulation Upgrade

This ranch style home caught fire when a window air conditioning unit malfunctioned. The fire started in the dining room and burned through the entire space. The only thing salvageable was the framing of the house. The first image shows the dining room after SERVPRO of Port Huron removed all of the drywall and insulation and cleaned the framing. The second picture shows the same space after new spray foam insulation was added. Spray foam insulation is a major upgrade for any home owner. Spray foam insulation is nontoxic and comes with a lifetime guarantee. it expands 100 times from its original state and fills in air gaps, something regular insulation cannot do.
