Vent Fan Fire

This homeowner suffered a major loss in the majority of their home do to a fire that started from the bathroom exhaust fan.

In the first picture, you can clearly see the extensive damage to this homeowners bathroom after the fire had been put out. The entire celling collapsed and the tub even melted in a few areas. Everything, including the dry wall, the plumbing, the vanities, the ceiling, and the shower had to be replaced. In the second picture, you can see how the bathroom was not only rebuilt, but upgraded to include nice LVT flooring, a new vanity and all new fixtures. Most importantly, a new exhaust fan will be installed.
