Funeral Home Leaky Roof

As you can see in the before picture this funeral home had a leak that originated in the roof. A family of racoons looking for shelter dug a whole and set up camp. They went undetected until a big rain hit and water started saturating the ceilings. If you look closely you will see a large portion on the ceiling with a more glossy look. That is all water that leaked into the drywall. In the after picture you can see that the affected ceiling has been removed. What you cannot see is the tremendous amount of work that was put into repairing the damage caused by the family of racoons.
